The EOA Executive Board, which acts as the jury, assessed all submitted projects on the basis of several criteria, among them impact, innovation, and legacy. The two projects mentioned above each achieved the highest rating in their category and consequently won the competition.

The jury would like to sincerely thank all NOAs who submitted projects, all of which demonstrated the high quality and great work of the EOA members.
