The Belarusian Olympic Academy has launched a new educational project for preschool institutions, the “Marathon of Olympic Education”. The project for teachers, children (3-6 years old) and their parents started in March 2021 and will end in November 2021. Participants will have an opportunity to experience the incredibly fascinating world of the Olympic Movement from its origins to the present days.
The educational project in the “marathon” format includes activities, the participation in which increases the teacher’s professional competence and generates many positive emotions, charges the sporting mood and increases the interest in personal achievements in sport of all participants. At the finish line of the educational project, each participant will feel like a real winner!
Thanks to modern information technologies everyone will be able to take part in the events:
1. 10 Sports teaching perspective of the author, developed according to the recommended structure of sports teaching, colourfully designed, pleasant to hold in the hands of both teachers and children.
2. scenario of a play “Olympic Spectacle”.
3. a creative photo competition dedicated to the most important sports event of 2021 – XXXII Olympic Games in Tokyo.
4. The most active participants of the educational project will be invited to the unique event “Republican Olympic Educational Conference”, where the project results will be summarised, prizes and souvenirs will be presented, and leading specialists of the country will organise master classes.
